The 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT has been announced and revealed by Hyundai. The five-door Elantra GT will start at $18,395 plus a $775 destination fee, $1,700 more than the 2013 Hyundai Elantra sedan. Heated seats, fog lights and alloy wheels are all standard on the Elantra GT wagon.
Base 2013 Elantra GTs will have a six-speed manual transmission, a six-speed automatic is also available at a $1,000 premium. All Elantra GTs will have a selectable steering system that allows the driver to select the sensitivity and feel of the steering wheel between comfort, sport and normal modes. The Elantra GT will get a 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine with 148-hp.
A Style Package is available for the 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT with 17-inch wheels, a sports suspension, sunroof and leather seats. The Style Package will cost an extra $2,750.
A technology package is available only on cars that are equipped with the Style Package and includes a seven-inch display with navigation, a rear view camera and automatic headlights for $2,350, according to Autoblog.
