BMW has officially released pricing on the updated 2013 BMW X5 M and 2013 X6 M. Both the X5 and X6 were refreshed for the 2013 model year. Both the X5 M and X6 M will cost $1,600 more in 2013 than they did in 2012. The 2013 X5 M starts at $88,850 and the X6 M starts at $91.900.

For those prices, buyers will get the 555-horsepower, 480 lb-ft of torque twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V8 engine that was available in last year’s X5 M and X6 M, along with the same sport tuned suspension.
The changes to the 2013 X5 M and X6 M are mostly superficial. Blue brake calipers will be stopping the sporty super-SUVs, borrowed from the M5 sedan. The M multifunction seats are also taken from the M5, according to Motor Authority. The orange leather seating option has been replaced by Mugello Red, which is the obvious choice for any single man looking to seduce women with an SUV that can double as the set of a 1970’s adult movie. New light-weight alloy wheels will give a little bit of a performance boost, though probably not enough to be tangible since BMW hasn’t made any claims about acceleration times dropping.
