Nissan is just now announcing prices for a range of cars as more 2012 models had to American lots. An October 6 announcement shows MSRP pricing for the 2012 Nissan 370Z coupe and roadster, and the NISMO 370Z. Pricing for the Nissan 370Z coupe starts around $31,450, with prices on touring models up an additional several thousand dollars to around $35,000-$37,000. The cheapest version of the Nissan 370Z Roadster, the 7AT, starts at nearly $40,000, while the NISMO 6MT trim also carries a price tag just above $40,000.
Part of what buyers get for their money is power. The 370Z coupe and 370Z Roadster designs come with a 3.7 liter V6 engine offering 332 horsepower, which can be mated to a six speed manual transmission or a seven speed automatic transmission with manual shift mode. The NISMO 370Z brings this design a bit further, with various engine accessories that combine to offer a resulting 350 hp according to Nissan’s latest estimates. The NISMO model also includes a customized suspension system, strut braces for a sturdier ride, and more design for helping this car to handle and feel right in a variety of road conditions. Enhanced brakes and other upgrades are also part of what goes into this high design performance vehicle.
Customers who are looking at any of these designs can also choose some of the best modern technology for their purchases. Available tech features include touchscreen in-dash navigation, USB and iPod connections, satellite radio and more. Buyers also get a range of modern safety features as car makers start adding all kinds of automated driver safety solutions to 2012 product lines.
Although buyers of these new Nissan designs might have a bit more available cash than the average car shopper, some of these deals can still have a pretty substantial financial impact. That’s part of what makes it so important to look for the latest and best offers from the factory when you are on the lot inspecting locally available Nissan models. Good purchase strategies can bring your overall transaction price, and any financing debt, down to more manageable levels. Look for giveaways and concessions from Nissan as these cars become more familiar on the American road.
