During September, Mini is offering $500 cash back on any Mini Hardtop, Convertible or Clubman with a manual transmission. Mini is apparently having no trouble moving the stick shift Countryman because that isn’t included in the deal.
Mini is also offering no cost maintenance for three years or 36,000 miles. All Mini models are included in the three-year no cost maintenance program during September, making it the only incentive available on the Mini Countryman.
The 2011 Mini Cooper Hardtop is available with a $229 per month lease deal during September. The 2011 Mini Cooper lease deal is on a 36-month lease with $2,870 due at lease signing. The Mini Cooper lease comes out to $10,885 for the three year lease. A similarly priced Scion tC lease will cost $10,840 for a three year lease, so the Mini lease deal isn’t a great incentive, but it isn’t a bad deal either.
Mini is offering a 3.9% interest rate loan deal on the 2012 Mini Hardtop, Mini Convertible and Mini Clubman for 24 months. That’s not a great deal since most buyers probably need a longer loan term, so you will be better off finding your own financing or shopping for a different car, since sales incentives can bring the total price of a more expensive car down to the Mini’s price level. Once again the Countryman SUV isn’t included in the sales deal.
