During September, Ford is offering 0% financing incentives on leftover 2010 models. The 0% financing incentive is good for up to 60 months. If you’re shopping for any new car during September, you should definitely consider one of the leftover 2010 models. In most cases, the 2010 model is identical to the 2011 one, and available at a lower price.
Ford is offering 0% financing for 60 months on the 2010 Edge, Escape, Focus and Fusion. There are also cash back incentives available on those cars and SUVs, but if you qualify for the 0% incentive, you should take it. The 2010 Ford Focus, for example, is available with the choice between $1,500 cash back or no interest financing for 60 months. The 2010 Focus starts at $17,170, and will have a monthly payment of $286.17 if you finance through Ford’s September incentive. That same Focus would cost you $302.94 every month if you took the $1,500 cash back and financed for 60 months at 6%.
The 2010 Ford Expedition and Explorer are being offered during September with both a cash back incentive and 0% interest rate. Usually, the two cannot be combined. All 2010 Ford Expedition models can be bought with 0% financing for 36 months and $500 cash back. The 2010 Ford Explorer, which is being replaced by a crossover-style SUV, is a better deal with $1,000 cash back and no interest for 36 months. The 2010 Ford Flex comes with the same 0% for 36 months and $1,000 cash back incentive during September.
