December car buyers will see low car loan interest rates and more leasing incentives, as dealerships try to clear out remaining 2009 models. There are a lot of good incentives on 2010 models as well.
Honda – Honda is offering auto loans with interest rates as low as 0.9% in December during its Happy Honda Days promotion. The auto loans with the lowest rates are for two and three-year loans. If you stretch the car loan out to four or five years, you’ll pay a little higher interest rate (about 2.9%). Honda’s December lease specials feature monthly lease payments ranging from $159 to $359 per month.
Toyota – Toyota is offering $1,000 cash back only on its Yaris in December. The 2010 Corolla, Camry, Matrix, Venza, Rav4, Highlander and Sienna all have lease specials in December. You’ll need about $3,000 due at lease signing and monthly payments range from $149 to $319. Toyota is offering 0%, 36-month auto loans on the 2010 Tundra, Sequoia, Sienna, Highlander, Rav4, Venza, Matrix, Avalon, Camry, Corolla and Yaris.
Scion is repeating its same lease incentives again in December. The 2010 xB and tC and the 2009 xD have monthly payments ranging from $217 to $261 for 36 months. You’ll need just under $1,000 at signing.
The sporty 2009 Mazda RX-8 has a whopping $5,000 customer cash incentive in December.
Nissan – Nissan is having its A to Z year-end sales event right now. Buyers can take advantage of special lease deals, like the 2010 Altima, for $199 a month for 39 months. Nissan’s sale ends Jan. 4, 2010.
Hyundai – Hyundai’s December incentives include 0% financing on the 2010 Sonata with no payments for 90 days. Buyers can also take advantage of up to $2,500 cash back on the 2009 Santa Fe and $3,000 cash back on the 2009 Sonata during the Hyundai Holidays promotion.
Suzuki – Suzuki is offering 2.9% auto loans for 60 months in December on its 2010 models. Suzuki’s 2009 models can be purchased with 0% financing for 60 months. Suzuki is offering factory customer cash, holiday cash, owner loyalty, military and graduate incentives as well during its Holiday Cash Event.
Kia – Cash back offers range from $1,000 to $5,000 for all 2009 Kia models. If you want a 0% financing auto loan, check out the 2010 Forte and 2010 Soul. The 2010 Forte Koup has a $199 monthly lease offer in December with $1,894 due at signing.
Mazda – Mazda is offering lease specials, low interest auto loans and customer cash in December. Buyers can get 0% financing car loans on the 2010 Mazda 3, 2009 and 2010 Mazda 6, 2009 and 2010 CX-7 and the 2009 and 2010 CX-9. The 2009 RX-8 still has $5,000 in customer cash right now.
Mitsubishi – Mitsubishi’s Time to Rally Event 2009 is going on right now until Jan. 11, 2010. The automaker is offering no interest car loans on most of its models in December. The offer is good for 36 or 48-month auto loans. If you prefer leasing, the 2010 Lancer ES CVT and Outlander ES have a lease special for December.
Subaru –During Subaru’s Share the Love event, Subaru will donate $250 to your choice of five different charities when you buy or lease a new Subaru. Subaru is offering 3.9% financing on most of its models, and 2.9% financing on its 2009 Tribeca. Every Subaru model has a lease incentive in December as well.
