Chrysler announced today it will cut 1,000 salaried jobs worldwide by Sept. 30.  The announcement came in a letter to employees. Nissan is recalling almost 170,000 Sentra sedans to fix a brake cylinder that could leak fluid, reports the AP and MSNBC.com.
