Dranoff Properties is offering a free Smart Car as an incentive to anyone who purchases one of the few remaining million dollar luxury condominiums in the Symphony House condo tower located in Center City Philadelphia along the city’s Avenue of the Arts.
Symphony House has currently sold 85 percent of its space and the developer was looking for a promotion to help sell the remaining condos.
“At 40 miles per gallon, a Smart Car can easily save the average SUV driver $260 a month and reduce their carbon footprint by 6,225 pounds of carbon a year,” says Carl Dranoff, president and CEO of Dranoff Properties. “We have sweetened the deal by including a free parking spot in the Symphony House garage, which sells for $75,000, for each of the Smart Cars that we give out with the purchase of a condominium.”
The Smart Car offer is for a limited time, good for new sale agreements on select Symphony House condominiums. More information is listed on the Web site at http://www.symphonyhousecondo.com/.
I guess if you’ve got $1 million to spend on a condo, a free car and a free parking spot could be a great incentive to get you to buy!
