Toyota has announced a cutback on production of the Toyota Tundra and Seqouia models starting this spring. This follows a similar anouncement by Ford to cut back on pick up production last week.
These type of announcements will no doubt continue as the American consumer feels pressure with their monthly budgets. With economic incentives and tax refunds starting to be mailed to consumers auto manufcturers are hoping things will improve in the showroom. It is a great time to buy a car, do your homework and negotiate. Take your time, the dealer will come to you.
You will no doubt also see a flight to better MPG cars, regular gas cars over premium models as well, as consumers look to do everything they can to save money.
