Intellichoice has come out and stated they have found 12 hybrids worth buying. Those of us who might consider a hybrid to help do our part for the environment might jump at the list. But, the comparison is just a particular car versus the non- hybrid version. An example of this is the Ford Escape hybrid, versus a regular Ford Escape. In addition, the list uses a “total ownership” calculation. Not a comparison of gas miileage and purchase price only.
