Mercedes-Benz released pictures of it’s new C-class coupe replacement, the CLC. Based on the new C-class architecture, the CLC will be a model in it’s own right.
The old C230 coupe sold here in the U.S. did not fair so well with American buyers. The car sold poorly, and was pulled from the line-up before the C-class was even replaced by it’s newer model. This new one is still aimed at a younger (though affluent) audience, but MB decided to not bring it stateside this time around.
Details include new “direct steering,” and a updated infotainment system. The go comes from a new four-cylinder engine that delivers 184 horsepower. The new CLC gets a total unveiling at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin, which runs from January 27-31.
