The Chinese market is important to BMW. The German brand sells well there, and the cars are popular among consumers of that region. In fact China is one of BMW’s strongest markets.
Seeing as it is so popular, it is only fitting that BMW would release the 30th Anniversary model of it’s flagship sedan, the 7 Series, in China. The car is based on the long version of the 750il sedan.
The special edition car comes with lots of extra equipment. This includes aluminum pedals, Alcantara roof lining, and a leather-wrapped sport steering wheel. On top of all this the car’s iDrive controller is engraved with the words “BMW 7 Series 30th Anniversary.” The same legend is embroidered on the head restraints.
The car will only be available in two distinct colors and should carry a hefty premium over the regular 750il sedan. They will be in Chinese BMW dealers as you read this.
So if you live in China and are rich, well then. scoop one up!
