Believe it or not, a car company ACTUALLY listened to consumer complaints, and you won’t believe who! The car had some exterior and interior features and consumers spoke up at the New York Auto Show in April. So the changes were made last minute and you can see the exterior differences at http://blogs.cars.com/. But wait there’s more; they made the changes before the model was even launched! So I’m sure you are dying to know who did it…Ford! I know I was shocked too. So the cars loving referred to as “Found On the Road Dead”, or any other acronym that fits the reliability of these cars decided to listen up. The 2008 Ford Focus made last minute changes, most notably on the front end. . It changed square fog lights to round, added more mesh to the grille, and changed the leather and other highlight materials inside. So http://blogs.cars.com/ asked, “What do you think? Should more automakers do this kind of last-second modification?” And my response you ask, ABSOLUTLEY! As they say in the business world the customers are always right.
